Manchester United vs Sheffield United highlights and reaction after shock loss

Fans of manchester united express shock as they lost a guaranteed win to Sheffield united. The Reds went into the game knowing a win would lead them back to the top of the league’s table after City’s win at West Brom on Tuesday, but the loss leaves them a point behind Pep Guardiola’s side, who also have a game at hand.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer made several changes from the team that started against Liverpool on Sunday, with Alex Telles and Axel Tuanzebe among the somewhat surprise starters.
Harry Maguire equalised in the second half after Kean Bryan’s first-half opener. It appeared as though Manchester United had the momentum but a short period of sloppy defending ended with Oliver Burke’s tame shot deflecting off Axel Tuanzebe and over David de Gea.

Next up for United is a trip to Arsenal on Saturday.
Ole solskajer speaking with BBC, had this to say after the match.
Disappointed, we couldn’t get to the heights of the last few months’ football we played. Very disappointing, we couldn’t find a solution to their very compact block and good defence.
“Two wrong decisions, that’s how it is, it’s that kind of season, inconsistent and the referee missed those two.
“That little spark, that edge, we didn’t have that extra creativity, imagination, the X factor we’ve had – it’s happened, we look at it, agree it is not good enough and go again.
“We conceded a common goal, lost the ball cheaply up the pitch, didn’t get back in and tackle, didn’t clear our lines and didn’t get out to the ball quick enough, and we had to pay for this.
“There is no time to feel sorry for yourself because Saturday you go again, we have Arsenal, we have to forget this, learn from it and move on.”
